Purpose

Daytrippers is a parent and carer led registered charity that provides mutual support & companionship, via days out & other activities, for families that have children with disabilities.

Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in Daytrippers activities, you must:

- Be a family that has a child with a disability.

- Have a child that lives in, or attends a school within the borough of Bolton

Fees

The fees for Daytrippers activities vary depending on the activity. Please contact the team if you require more information on our fees.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that emergencies can't be planned for, but we do ask that contact us as soon as you know that you are not going to be able to attend a Daytrippers event, so that space can be made available for another family!

With sufficient notice, it should be possible to obtain a full refund of any costs, however this will vary on an event-by-event basis. We will do our best to be fair.

Did Not Attend Policy

If you do not attend a Daytrippers activity for which you have registered, you will be charged the full cost of the activity. This is to cover the costs that Daytrippers has incurred in organising the activity.

 

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued if an activity is cancelled by Daytrippers due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

Liability

Daytrippers accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during a Daytrippers activity. All participants are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their children.

 

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Daytrippers reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Please check the Daytrippers website regularly for the latest version of these terms and conditions.

 

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

 

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
